Immigration
One well-prepared consultation is worth two improvised ones. Here is what to gather before we talk.
What to have at hand
- Your passport and your current or expired permits
- Any correspondence received from IRCC or the Québec ministry
- Your diplomas and transcripts
- Your employment letters and pay stubs
- The details of any previous refusal, even an old one
Past refusals are nothing to be ashamed of
A hidden previous refusal does far more damage than an explained one. Say it at the very first meeting: it changes the strategy, not the willingness to help you.
How the meeting unfolds
The legal consultation is led by an authorized lawyer. We then handle the preparation of your file with you: document list, forms, follow-up and reminders.
