Who does what
In Canada, only an authorized person may be paid to advise or represent someone before IRCC. We work with law firms and authorized lawyers whenever legal advice or representation is required. The mandated lawyer is the one who advises you, signs and submits your application.
Jospin provides legal support: file preparation, forms, documents, translations, follow-up and communication with you, under the lawyer’s supervision.

Fees
Professional fees are billed by the mandated firm and covered by a written agreement before any work begins. They are separate from government fees, which are set by IRCC and the Québec ministry.
