General information
The content of this site is provided as general information. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create any lawyer-client relationship.
Representation
Immigration advice and representation services are provided by a lawyer who is a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec. Jospin acts in a legal support capacity: preparing files and documents and supporting clients, under the lawyer’s supervision.
In Canada, only authorised persons may be paid to advise or represent someone before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: lawyers and paralegals who are members of a Canadian bar, notaries who are members of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, and consultants in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
No guarantee of outcome
No representative can guarantee that an application will be approved, or speed up a processing time. Be wary of any promise to that effect.
