Services offered
PremiereMinistar provides immigration legal support: file preparation, document organization, forms, translations and follow-up, under the supervision of an authorized lawyer. Legal advice and representation before IRCC rest exclusively with the mandated lawyer, a member of the Barreau du Québec, under a separate written agreement. PremiereMinistar also offers non-legal services: styling consultations, sports activities and editorial content.
Appointments and forms
Submitting a form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmation. An appointment is confirmed only by email from us. A first message does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
Accounts and portals
The client, agency and player portals are reserved for people who have received an access code. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Client portal access closes automatically 30 days after a final decision has been rendered on your application.
Intellectual property
The texts, visual identity and the PremiereMinistar name are protected. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
PremiereMinistar cannot be held liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the site’s editorial content, nor for the timelines, fees or decisions of government authorities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Québec, Canada.
