What we collect
- Site forms: name, email, country of residence, type of application and the description you choose to share.
- Consultation booking: the same information, plus your availability and deadlines.
- Client, agency and player portals: username, email, and the progress of the file we prepare for you.
- Browsing: anonymous technical data (pages viewed, device type).
We limit collection to what is necessary. Do not send confidential documents before receiving our instructions — we will tell you the appropriate channel.
How we use it
This information is used only to answer your request, prepare your file with the mandated lawyer, give you access to your portal, and send you the communications you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it with the mandated lawyer only as far as your file requires.
Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as your file and applicable legal obligations require, then destroyed. Client portal access closes automatically 30 days after a final decision has been rendered on your application. Access is password protected and the site is served over HTTPS.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the person named above. We respond within the timeframes set by law. If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
